ISLAMABAD: FIA has arrested Syed Afsar Raza an official of NADRA on Saturday who used to issue CNICs to human traffickers and foreigners.
Afsar was arrested and investigations revealed that how he issued CNICs to human traffickers and foreigners. He was a junior worker in NADRA and he has been charged to alter record of NADRA in order to issue these CNICs.
Another official of NADRA whose name is Rifat has been taken in custody for helping Taliban slain leader Mullah Mansour get a CNIC under a fake name of Wali Mohammad.
